Summons to Bondholders’ Meeting not approved

Reference is made to the summons to bondholder meetings in SIOFF01, FRN Siem Offshore Inc. Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2013/2018 (ISIN NO 001 067044.1), and SIOFF02, FRN Siem Offshore Inc. Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2014/2019 (ISIN NO 001 070867.0) dated 4 December 2017.

The bondholder proposals set out in the summons  were not approved for the Siem Offshore Inc. Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2013/2018  and the bond agreement will remain unchanged. There were not sufficient Bondholders present at the meeting to form a quorum for the proposal set out in the summons for the Siem Offshore Inc. Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2014/2019 and the bond agreement will remain unchanged.
