Successful Outcome of Litigation Proceedings in Brazil and in India

Subsidiaries of Siem Offshore Inc. has obtained final and binding judgements with respect to two different disputes with customers in Brazil and India which will  result in a profit of approximately USD 8 million in third quarter 2018 and a positive cash effect of around USD 9.5 million. The cash is likely to be received later in 2018.
